"It didn't matter that I disliked my drink, so the 5 star rating is all about how great the service was. Long line went fast, but better yet the young woman that served us chatted with us while we waited at our turn, and her hospitality seemed sincere....so wish I knew her name to give her personal credit!"

"The ladies working today were above and beyond kind to me. I accidentally ordered the wrong drink. I thought I’d try something new and what I ordered turned out to be more of a slushee than a coffee, totally my fault. I went in the store when I realized and asked to purchase a new drink and explained my mistake. They made me a new drink, free of charge, based on what I explained I wanted. I was having a tough day and this seriously made me feel better. A bit of caffeine helped but the kindness of strangers goes so far. You are so appreciated! Thank you!"

"Our visit today was easy and fast. My son wanted a hot chocolate and I needed to grab a gift card for my wife. The service was very fast and there was very little wait time. They handled everything with a smile. the facility was very well maintained, stocked, organized. Overall, the visit was flawless."
